As we grew, we expanded more into property development, acquiring two townhouse sites which are now nearing completion and a luxury seniors housing site in earl ydevelopment. Our niche has evolved into gentrifyingcommunities through luxury developments, including premiumseniors housing and luxury homes. Founded in 2020, we began as a dedicated home builder.
In 2021, recognising the challenges of low home affordability, we embarked on our first development project, constructing a duplex. This success led us to focus on helping clients pool resources to build duplexes, providing a rewarding alternative to traditional homes.
